1. How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking number will be provided upon request.

2. When can I expect to receive my order?

A: Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centres. Due to high order volumes, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Average shipping times are 2-3 weeks. 

3. What to do if I received damaged or faulty items?

A: We offered a 100% money-back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back for a full refund. (You must ship it back at your own expense).
